EDUCATION AND OPPORTUNITY
On Friday, October 3, 2008 at Stanford University's Tresidder Union the Eisenhower Foundation joined with the Stanford University School of Education, the Civil Rights Project, the Warren Institute, and the Education and the Public Interest Center to host a daylong forum to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Kerner Commission report and to bring attention to issues of educational inequality.
