In Cold Spring Manor, the Youth Safe Haven Police MiniStation (YSH-PM) is a partnership between the Rochester Police Department, the Rochester Housing Authority and Plus Time New Hampshire. YSH-PM, also known as CSPM Pride, collaborates with local schools and provides the following supportive services to the community:
