The Quantum Opportunities Program (QOP) occupies space in a unique community facility, an urban mall that has been converted to a full service medical mall. The Jackson Medical Mall, offers a variety of health, behavioral health, government, and social services, along with eating establishments and several small retail businesses.
Associates are transported by their high school to the mall for after-school
homework assistance and academic enrichment. Regular presentations are
offered the associates on topics critical to proper social development.
The programs in the mall offer numerous opportunities for community service,
another critical component of the QOP model.
