The Eisenhower Foundation Community Partners

The Eisenhower Foundation works with many grassroots community-based nonprofit partners. Some are model programs that the Foundation has replicated. Others are presently receiving or have received technical assistance, funding for replication, or both. These partners work with the Foundation in various capacities: making their model programs available to the Foundation for replication, facilitating the replication process at the local level, and receiving or having received technical assistance, funding for replication, or both. They are listed below as: model sites, facilitating sites, and replication sites.

Many are mentioned in our Mission and Vision portal. Others are discussed in the Publications, What Works, National Policy and Communicating What Works portals.
